Demonstration site
Marlowe & Hart is not a real agency. The properties, prices and people on this site are invented, and nothing here is for sale. It is a working demonstration of Goose Commerce, an Elementor-native e-commerce plugin for WordPress, used for something other than a standard shop.
Redington Road, Hampstead NW3
A red brick and tile-hung house of about 1902, one of a short run on the higher part of Redington Road. Much of the original joinery survives, including the inglenook in the hall and the window seats in the principal reception room.
The kitchen was rebuilt in 2020 and opens to a loggia and the garden, which runs to about 120 ft and is planted with mature magnolia and yew. Six bedrooms sit above, with a studio over the garage suitable as an office.
Hampstead Heath is at the end of the road. Hampstead village and the Northern line are eight minutes on foot, and the house is offered chain free.
The map shows an approximate location. The exact address is released on confirmation of a viewing.
