Request a valuation
A valuation from us is a conversation about the house, not a number pulled from a portal. We will come and see it, tell you what we think it is worth and why, and leave you to think about it.
This form does not work. It is part of a demonstration site. Nothing is sent, no valuation is booked and nobody will call you. Please do not enter real personal details.
What happens next
- Eleanor calls within one working hour to arrange a time.
- One of the directors visits, usually for about forty minutes.
- You get a written opinion of value, with the comparables it rests on.
- If you would rather wait, we leave it there. We do not chase.
No obligation and no fee for the valuation. Details are never shared with third parties.
