Demonstration site
Marlowe & Hart is not a real agency. The properties, prices and people on this site are invented, and nothing here is for sale. It is a working demonstration of Goose Commerce, an Elementor-native e-commerce plugin for WordPress, used for something other than a standard shop.
Cheyne Walk, Chelsea SW3
Built in 1717 and listed Grade II, the house sits in the run of early Georgian houses facing the river between Oakley Street and Cheyne Row. The original panelling survives in both reception rooms, and the staircase is the one shown in the 1907 survey.
Four bedrooms sit over the second and third floors. The roof terrace was added under consent in 2019 and holds a table of eight, with the river on one side and the chimneys of Chelsea Old Church on the other.
The house is sold with the benefit of a residents' permit for Zone C. Sloane Square is a ten minute walk, the King's Road rather less.
The map shows an approximate location. The exact address is released on confirmation of a viewing.
No obligation. Details are never shared with third parties. Viewings are accompanied by a member of the Belgravia office.
